I will work to keep City Hall connected to the community by engaging people early, communicating openly, and ensuring you have a stronger voice and can see how your input helps shape decisions.

By building trust through transparency, accountability, and meaningful community involvement, we can build stronger relationships between community members, Council, staff, and community partners. Good leadership means bringing people together, treating people with respect, valuing different perspectives, and creating opportunities for people to contribute their best ideas. When people feel heard, respected, and included, we make better decisions and strengthen trust in local government.
